Joseph Apps is a driven entrepreneur and technology expert, dedicated to helping businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of the online world. With a background in Computer Systems Technology and Software Development from Mohawk College, he co-founded HD Electronics, a highly successful electronics refurbishment business located in Downtown Hamilton. During his time at HD Electronics, Joseph recognized the demand for reliable, top-notch tech support services for businesses, which led him to establish Joe Apps Technology Support.

Leena is a settler who is cisgender, heterosexual, able-bodied, and a child of Hindu, Punjabi (India), and Brahmin immigrants. As the Founder of Mending the Chasm, a boutique consultancy working with clients across North America, her team works to advance equity, inclusion justice, and belonging for businesses, organizations and communities.

Leena’s community-building work has been recognized by MP Karina Gould with the Sesquicentennial Citizenship award, the Women’s Centre of Halton – 150 Years of Exemplary Women award, and the 2021 Mayor’s Community Service Award, Burlington Chamber of Commerce.

Leena can be seen hosting a local T.V. show called Mending Chasms which airs on YourTVHalton on Tuesdays at 8:30pm and was a previous co-host on Diverse Perspectives.

Leena is raising two social justice warriors with her partner Sanjay and is proud to call Burlington, Ontario home.

Michael founded ML6 Search + Talent Advisory in 2017 after a successful corporate career which saw him building and leading high-performance teams across a multitude of functions and industries. Throughout his experiences, one constant is his ability to identify and nurture key talent, taking teams and businesses to the next level. In his most recent role, he led the Human Resources function for a private equity-backed healthcare services provider, and helped grow them from 30 to over 200 locations across Canada. Michael has a B. Comm from the University of South Africa specialising in Management, and spent the early part of his career in sales and business development.

While you may often hear him reminiscing about the weekends spent climbing, braaiing, and eating biltong in the mountains of South Africa, he has called Canada home since March 2008, and takes full advantage of all this beautiful country has to offer. His down time is spent training for his next marathon or enjoying a climb at the local climbing gym. Michael lives in Burlington with his wife, four active children, and Australian Shepherd, Kensi.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Clinton has owned successful companies in the Luxury Residential A/V and Home Integration industry since 1995 and is also an active Realtor with Re/Max Escarpment Realty Inc., the top brokerage in the Burlington/Hamilton area. Clinton’s home electronics company, H2 Systems Inc., has recently formed a powerful strategic partnership with Design Electronics − a large AV integration company boasting an extensive and impressive portfolio that includes commercial clients such as Great Wolf Lodge, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and the Saturday Night Live Museum in New York City. 

Clinton has been featured on many television series including Moving The McGillivray’s – with Scott McGillivray, Leave It To Bryan – with Bryan Baeumler and Custom Built – with Paul LaFrance for his expert knowledge in custom AV and Integration within the context of new and retrofit construction. Clinton’s companies have won a total of 17 CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles Awards, which puts him among the top Canadian AV and Integration Designers.

Clinton is a philanthropist and strong supporter of the community and the arts. He and his wife Karen are permanent foundation donors at the Burlington Centre For The Performing Arts and Clinton served two terms on the Foundation Board Of Directors for the Art Gallery of Burlington.
