Sarab Hans is the President of Hans Dairy Inc. Located in Toronto, the family business processes milk products that are focused towards the South Asian community. Since joining, Sarab has been charge of developing and manufacturing ethnic dairy products that provide a flavour of home.

Prior to joining Hans Dairy, Ms. Hans worked in the finance sector for 6 years with ING Group. At ING she worked in Corporate Strategy and Business Change Department in the Netherlands, Securitization team in Japan, and investment banking team in New York..

She has a B.A. from University of Western Ontario and a M.B.A. from McGill University.

Kelly Shorer is Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Shorer Wealth Management of RBC Dominion Securities. With over 25 years of experience, Kelly has successfully guided clients through various market cycles to achieve their retirement goals. Despite being a small group, James Loewen founder of Loewen Group Mortgages and his team of only 6 have been recognized year over year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards most recently recognized as a Top Canadian Brokerage of Excellence.  In 2015 James was recognized individually as the Canadian Mortgage Broker of the Year, in 2016 his office was awarded the prestigious recognition of the Canadian Mortgage Brokerage of the year and they were honoured in 2017 as the Best Customer Service from an Individual Mortgage Office.

James believes that the secrets to his business success revolves around working with coaches and mastermind groups, strategic business planning and creating repeatable processes. He continuously seeks to innovate by implementing technology and ensuring each team member is following the same process which also then allows for ease of training and adding on support staff.

James started his career with RBC in 2004, after 2 years left to become a mortgage agent 2006, eventually obtaining licensed as a mortgage broker and creating Loewen Group as a Brokerage in 2012.  Equally important to James and his team is family, community involvement and support.  They have teamed up with Food For Kids, to help children who are without sustainable food sources and annually donates the Loewen Group Business Bursary for those attending post secondary education in need of support. 

James holds a degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and is an Accredited Mortgage Professional. He is most proud of the culture the office maintains in truly caring for their clients while maintaining work-life balance being a husband and father of 2.

Clinton has owned successful companies in the Luxury Residential A/V and Home Integration industry since 1995 and is also an active Realtor with Re/Max Escarpment Realty Inc. the top brokerage in the Burlington/Hamilton area.

Clinton is a philanthropist and strong supporter of the community and the arts. He and his wife Karen are permanent foundation donors at the Burlington Centre For The Performing Arts and Clinton served two terms on the Foundation Board Of Directors for the Art Gallery of Burlington.

Clinton’s home electronics company H2 Systems Inc. has recently formed a powerful strategic partnership with Design Electronics − a much larger AV integration company that has an extensive and impressive portfolio that includes commercial clients such as Great Wolf Lodge, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and the Saturday Night Live Museum in New York City. Clinton now holds the distinct leadership role with Design Electronics as Director of Custom and Residential Sales and Marketing.

Clinton has been featured on many television series including Moving The McGillivray’s – with Scott McGillivray, Leave It To Bryan – with Bryan Baeumler and Custom Built – with Paul LaFrance for his expert knowledge in custom AV and Integration within the context of new and retrofit construction. Clinton’s companies have won a total of 17 CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles Awards to date which puts Clinton among the top Canadian AV and Integration Designers.

Howell is also a popular lifestyle technology expert in the media. Examples of news outlets that have relied on his expertise include The Toronto Sun, The Toronto Tribune, CHCH News, Cogeco TV News, The Burlington Post, The Examiner, and CNN International News.

Clinton graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1993 and a Custom Audio/Video System Design & Installation Diploma from Hybrid College in 1999.
