Congratulations to the Winners!

We are thrilled with the outcome of Pythons' Pit inaugural year. We are truly excited to have been part of budding Halton entrepreneurs' journeys to pursue their dreams and nurture their business ideas. A heartfelt thank you to all of our Finalists, our Sponsors, and to our Pythons' for their generosity, participation, and belief in this initiative.

For her totem bags, Melissa Richardson received an investment of of $75,000 from Python George Minakakis in exchange for 40% equity, as well as a $25,000 loan from Python Randy Pilon, and the possibility of two corporate contracts from Pythons John Romano and Nadir Ansari.

The DeVis Technologies team, George Botos, Radu Elias, and Manfred Vormbaum received an investment of $50,000 from Python Randy Pilon in exchange for 7.5% equity.

Almost the entire panel of Pythons invested in Hailey Patry's You Won't Believe It's Gluten Free! For an 8% equity stake, Python John Romano invested $20,000, while Pythons George Minakakis, Don Dalicandro and Susanne Mikler each invested $10,000 for a 4% stake.

High School Category

Ryan Muil (Christ the King Secondary School) received $2,500 for his product Muil-e's Hot Sauce AND a case of hot sauce bought on the spot by the Pythons!

Pamela Kitching and Salina Jackson (Acton District High School) were given $1,500 and some great licensing advice from the Pythons for their product Heels with New Heights.

Jasmine Mercer (Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School) won $1,000 for her software application for restaurants concept.
